Enchanting with fresh lemon zest and delicate florals, preserved by gentle fermentation in stainless steel. Time resting on lees imparts a textured, savoury depth, with hints of almond and flint adding complexity and interest.

A core of fruit-rich Portuguese varieties Tinta Barocca; Touriga National, with a splash of wholebunch Merlot and aromatic Zibbibo for aromatic lift. Freshly picked wildberries from a field of violets. On the palate, it’s breezy and bright but full of juicy fruit and bunchy spices.
