Welcome to Alles Klar, our story began with a deep-rooted love for wine and the discovery of a bounty of excellent alternative varietals in SA’s beautiful River country. Alles Klar, meaning “all clear” or “all good,” represents the relaxed and fun side of our new wine venture. The wines reveal natural fruit expression from sustainable vineyards. This is a Rosé Pétillant Naturel. Blushing and vibrant old vine Mataro and Jaén Blanco were crushed and left to fleetingly macerate before spending some thinking time in old oak.

This is a crisp dry white. Young Riverland Vermentino is fermented in stainless and bottled briskly for peak freshness and squeak factor. Wild ferment with no finings.
RED
Riverland, SA
Lambrusco, but not as you know it – Deep, brooding and powerful. Wild and unfiltered with 12 weeks on skins, 10 months in barrel and 12 months evolving in bottle. Unexpected, bold and flowing like a galloping purple hippopotamus.

This is a dry red Lambrusco (It’s dry? Must try). Opulent young Lambrusco was left to naturally ferment, with gentle daily plunging, before resting in older oak to evolve its spider-silky tannin frame.
