WHITE
Faraday, VIC
Pale pink Pinot Gris offers fresh aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of wild strawberry, complemented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it’s light and refreshing with flavours of juicy melon and red apple, finishing with crisp acidity and a touch of citrus zest.
Faraday, VIC
A bright and expressive Chardonnay from Bendigo’s coolest site (Faraday), showcasing balance and finesse. The nose is lifted with citrus blossom, white peach, and a hint of struck flint, underpinned by subtle oak spice from 20% new barrels.
There’s a lovely tension between vibrant lemon curd and nectarine flavours, complemented by creamy texture from partial wild fermentation and lees work.
The neutral oak component keeps the fruit purity front and centre, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish with a touch of saline freshness. A Chardonnay of elegance and structure, built to evolve beautifully over the next few years.

The use of 15% whole bunches, followed by maturation in mixed oak barrels, adds depth and elegance to this exquisite wine.
The flavour dimensions are complimented by a bright line of cool-climate acidity, with seamless fruit and aromatic spices lingering long on the palate.
