The Single Malts comprise rare ‘rescued’ barrels from the Nant investment scheme, with presumed fill dates of 2013/14. They were finished in specially selected casks for 18months, before being bottled in 2021.

Distilled from Willie Smiths’ premium organic cider then slumbered in an old Spanish PX cask for a little over 3years. A triple backflip of flavour from the top rope washing over you in powerful waves of roasted apples whilst a Christmas pudding is squashed into your face. Take it in and swallow. The ride won’t stop til you do.

Nant Bothwell
Recasked into 2 x Oloroso and 1 x Amontillado cask for finishing and flavour build. Stewed fruits stuck in an endless Christmas carol with a fat vanilla slice thrown in. This has classic charm, rounded and smooth in all the ways you want it to be while maintaining immense character and depth.

Nant Bothwell
Finished in a single, full-sized Australian Muscat cask adding depth and dark fruit layers. Plump, dried raisins float on your palate, delivered with a Tasmanian handmade velvet glove. There’s a touch of earthy groundedness which balances the fruit and delivers a complex little ‘ooooh’ moment. It’s like THE perfect piece of buttered fruit toast.
