Single vineyard Coldstream Chardonnay offering white peach, lemon curd and nougat, lifted by subtle oak spice. The palate is creamy yet finely structured, with bright natural acidity and great length of flavour.
Hand picked, wild fermented and matured in 20% new French oak, it balances richness with precision in a classic Yarra Valley style.
